GENERAL INFORMATION
Confirmations: Confirmations for all activities will be sent once minimum numbers have been reached. Please be aware that a minimum of 3 participants are required for an activity to go ahead. Once confirmed an event brief will be sent to all participants prior to the event, with additional event details, such as meeting points and times.

What to bring: Please bring your companion card, Opal card, morning tea, lunch, drink, hat, and money required for the activity. Additional information will be provided in the event brief prior to each activity, should there be something specific you need to bring in addition to those listed.

Activity cost: For each activity there will be an out-of-pocket expense. The out of pocket expenses cover entry fees, tickets, lunch in some instances and/or public transport. The cost is an approximate and will be confirmed prior to the activity.

NDIS cost: The NDIS cost for each experience is subject to change, and will reflect the ratio of support provided. We will endeavour to ensure the experience is provided at our usual 1:3 to 1:5 ratio of support and associated cost. Please note there is an additional cost of $6.75 per hour applicable for Non-Face-to-Face costs which applies for the support provided. For some activities there is also an additional $2.40/hour centre capital cost.

Cancellation policy: For Believeability social and community supports, where the participant/or their nominated representative has provided less than 5 clear business days notice of cancellation for an activity or is not present at the agreed location for service delivery, Believeability will charge 100% of the service cost. This may include costs such as tickets, activity fees, etc. The NDIS components of the cost will also be charged. Please note, this also applies to any COVID-19 related cancellations.

Believeability will attempt to fill the position of a participant who has provided less than 5 clear business days for cancellation of support or is not present at the agreed location for service delivery. If this is possible, no NDIS or out of pocket charges will apply. If we are unable to fill a participant’ s position on the outing or allocated support, 100% of the NDIS support cost and any out of pocket costs will apply.
